About the program
Publishers send traffic to Summit landers in MVA and home improvement. Summit captures consent, routes each lead by real-time ping/post to 40+ national buyer and supply partners, and pays rev share on sold leads.

- MVA affiliate program: car, truck, motorcycle and rideshare accident offers.
- Home improvement affiliate program: roofing, bathroom remodeling, window replacement, flooring, and siding and gutters.
Traffic and creative
Four traffic sources are approved: Meta, Google, native ad networks, and SEO and rank-and-rent sites. Your creative must follow the policies of the platform it runs on and our traffic guidelines.

Payouts and returns
You earn rev share on sold leads. Unsold leads are not paid, returns are deducted under the return terms agreed during onboarding, and payment terms are agreed during onboarding.

Compliance
Summit captures TCPA consent on every lead and attaches a consent certificate. Your part is to send traffic through your tracking link and leave the consent language on the lander as it is.

- TCPA basics for lead gen affiliates: what consent means for the traffic you send.
- Consent language: what publishers must not change.

Apply as a publisherFrequently asked questions
What is the Summit Leads publisher program?
A program for media buyers and site owners to send traffic to Summit landers in MVA and home improvement. Summit captures consent, routes each lead by ping/post to its buyer network, and pays the publisher rev share on sold leads.
Who is the program for?
Media buyers who run Meta, Google or native campaigns, and owners of SEO and rank-and-rent sites, who want to send traffic without building landers, writing consent language or integrating with buyers.
How is this different from selling leads to Summit?
Publishers send traffic to Summit landers. Sellers generate leads on their own forms, with their own consent capture, and post them to Summit. If you already have forms and consent in place, see sell your leads.
Who is Summit Leads?
Summit Leads was founded in 2025 by Russell Brown. It works with 40+ national buyer and supply partners and routes leads by real-time ping/post. Read more on the about page.
Which verticals can I run?
MVA and personal injury (car, truck, motorcycle and rideshare accidents) and home improvement (roofing, bathroom remodeling, window replacement, flooring, and siding and gutters).
Which states do you cover?
All U.S. states in both verticals. You choose which states to target, and your results are reported by tracking link so you can compare them.
Which traffic sources do you accept?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, native ad networks, and SEO and rank-and-rent sites. See the traffic guidelines.
Do I need my own lander?
No. You send traffic to Summit landers using your tracking link. Summit builds and maintains the landers and the consent capture.
Can I use a pre-lander or advertorial?
The traffic guidelines apply to ads, pre-landers and advertorials alike. The person still submits the form and gives consent on the Summit lander. See advertorials and pre-landers for lead gen.
What rules apply to my ad creative?
Follow the policies of the platform the ad runs on. Claims must be accurate. Ads must not state or suggest they come from a law firm, insurer, government agency or a named brand that did not approve them. If you are unsure about a claim, email us and ask.
Do I control my own targeting and budget?
Yes. You buy and manage your own media, including targeting, budget and bids. Summit runs the lander, the consent capture and the lead routing.
Can I run more than one offer?
Yes. Use a separate tracking link or sub ID for each offer so the results do not mix. Different offers reach different people and sell to different buyers.
How am I paid?
Rev share on sold leads. Each lead is offered to buyers by ping/post, and when a buyer purchases it, you earn a share of what it sold for. See how payouts work.
Are unsold leads paid?
No. Leads that no buyer purchases are not paid.
What happens if a lead is returned?
The returned lead's payout is deducted from your earnings, under the return terms agreed during onboarding.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed during onboarding, after your application is approved.
How are leads reported?
Leads are reported by tracking link. Ask during onboarding how reporting is delivered to you.
Can I see results by campaign or ad?
Yes, if you add sub IDs to your tracking links. Sub IDs break your results down by campaign, ad set, ad or page. Ask during onboarding which other tracking options apply to your account. See tracking links and sub IDs explained.
Why rev share instead of a fixed CPL?
In ping/post, each lead sells at the price of the winning bid, and that price changes from lead to lead. Rev share passes that price through to you. See rev share vs CPL.
Who handles TCPA consent?
Summit. Consent language and consent certificates are handled on Summit landers, and TCPA consent is captured on every lead.
Can I change the consent language on the lander?
No. Consent language on Summit landers is not changed or removed. Traffic goes to the lander through your tracking link so consent is shown and recorded there.
Does Summit review traffic after I go live?
Yes. Summit reviews publisher traffic and lead quality on an ongoing basis.
