A rev share affiliate program for MVA and home improvement traffic
Send traffic to landers Summit Leads owns and maintains. We capture consent, route each lead by ping/post to our buyer network, and pay you a share of what every sold lead earns.
Founded in 2025. 40+ national buyer and supply partners. All U.S. states in both verticals.

How the program works
- 01
Apply and get approved
Tell us your verticals, traffic sources, states and expected volume. Every publisher is reviewed before going live.
- 02
Get your tracking links
You receive tracking links to Summit landers, set up so every lead from your traffic is attributed to you.
- 03
Run your traffic
You buy and manage your own media. We run the lander, the consent capture and the lead routing.
- 04
Get paid on sold leads
Each lead is offered to our buyer network in real time. When a lead sells, you earn a share of the sale price.
The program is built for media buyers and site owners who are good at producing traffic and do not want to build landers, write consent language, store consent certificates or integrate with buyers one by one. You keep control of your campaigns. Summit keeps control of the page the lead submits on, which is what lets us stand behind the consent record that travels with every lead.
What Summit handles and what you handle
| Task | Summit Leads | Publisher |
|---|---|---|
| Landers | Built, hosted and maintained for MVA and home improvement intent | Sends traffic through a tracking link |
| TCPA consent | Consent language and consent certificates on every lead | Does not change or remove consent language |
| Lead routing | Real-time ping/post to 40+ national buyer and supply partners | No buyer integrations to build |
| Coverage | All U.S. states in both verticals | Chooses the states to target |
| Media | None | Buys and manages traffic, budget and bids |
| Ad creative | Publishes the traffic guidelines | Writes creative that follows the traffic guidelines |
| Reporting | Leads reported by tracking link | Uses sub IDs to break results down by campaign |
If you already generate leads on your own forms, with your own consent capture, the sell your leads program is the better fit. The hosted landers vs your own landers comparison explains the difference in detail.

How you are paid
Publishers earn rev share on sold leads. Each lead is offered to buyers by ping/post, and a lead is sold when a buyer purchases it. Leads that no buyer purchases are not paid. Returned leads are deducted under the return terms agreed during onboarding, and payment terms are agreed during onboarding too.
- Rev share on sold leads. Your payout follows what the lead sold for.
- Unsold leads are not paid. There is no payout on a lead no buyer purchases.
- Returns are deducted under the return terms agreed during onboarding.
- Payment terms are agreed during onboarding.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Summit Leads publisher program?
A program for media buyers and site owners to send traffic to Summit landers in MVA and home improvement. Summit captures consent, routes each lead by ping/post to its buyer network, and pays the publisher rev share on sold leads.
How is this different from selling leads to Summit?
Publishers send traffic to Summit landers. Sellers generate leads on their own forms and post them to Summit. If you already have forms and consent in place, see sell your leads.
Which verticals can I run?
MVA and personal injury (car, truck, motorcycle and rideshare accidents) and home improvement (roofing, bathroom remodeling, window replacement, flooring, and siding and gutters).
Which traffic sources do you accept?
Meta, Google, native ad networks, and SEO and rank-and-rent sites. See the traffic guidelines.
How am I paid?
Rev share on sold leads. Unsold leads are not paid, and returns are deducted under the return terms agreed during onboarding. See how payouts work.
Do I need my own lander?
No. You send traffic to Summit landers using your tracking link. Summit builds and maintains the landers.
Who handles TCPA consent?
Summit. Consent language and consent certificates are handled on Summit landers. Publishers do not change or remove the consent language.
How do I apply?
