How many partners does Summit Leads work with?

Summit Leads works with 40+ national buyer and supply partners.

How do we start buying leads?

Email team@summitleads.ai with your verticals, states, daily caps and delivery method. After a call, terms are configured for your account, your endpoint is integrated and tested, and then you go live.

Read more: How to become a partner

How long does onboarding take?

Most partners go live within 24-72 hours after setup, once test leads and a small live volume have been checked.

Do new buyers start with a test?

Yes. New buyers usually start with a small test volume so their team can check contact rates and quality before caps are raised.

Verticals and sub-types

Which verticals does Summit Leads supply?

Home improvement: roofing, flooring, siding and gutters, bathroom renovation, and bathroom and windows. MVA / personal injury: car accident, motorcycle accident, commercial vehicle / truck accident and rideshare accident.

Read more: Home improvement leads, MVA leads

Can we buy a single sub-type only?

Yes. Filters are set by vertical and sub-type, so a campaign can take only roofing leads, for example, or only motorcycle accident leads.

What quality bar applies to MVA leads?

MVA leads are held to a documented injury, clear or favorable liability, no attorney already representing the consumer, and accurate contact data.

Delivery and integration

How are leads delivered?

By real-time ping/post. A ping with partial, non-identifying data goes out, your system bids or declines, and the winning bid receives the full lead by post.

Read more: how the ping/post integration works

What data is in a ping?

Partial, non-identifying data such as the vertical and sub-type, the state and ZIP code, and the answers to qualifying questions. A ping never includes the full name, phone number, email address or street address.

What is included in the post?

The full contact data, the lead fields for the vertical, and the consent record: the opt-in language shown, the timestamp, the IP address and the page URL where consent was given.

Can we buy without being pinged?

Yes. Direct post lets you set a fixed price for leads that match your criteria, and matching leads are posted to you without a ping or an auction step.

Can we receive leads in batches?

Yes, if your systems require it. Batch delivery is set up per partner, and real-time delivery stays the default because lead value falls as time passes.

Where is the field specification?

The field specification for each vertical is shared during onboarding, together with test instructions. Email team@summitleads.ai to request it.

Filters, caps and targeting

Which states does Summit Leads cover?

All U.S. states, for both home improvement and MVA leads. Each buyer chooses the states or ZIP codes it buys in.

What filters can we set?

Vertical and sub-type, states or ZIP codes, and other criteria such as homeowner status in home improvement or injury and attorney status in MVA. Leads outside your filters are never pinged to you.

How do daily caps work?

Each campaign has a daily cap, and you can also ask for hourly or day-of-week delivery limits. Once a cap is reached, no more leads are pinged to that campaign that day.

Can we change filters or caps after going live?

Yes. Filters and caps are configured on our side from the details you send, and you can ask for a change by email at any time.

Are the leads exclusive?

Leads are exclusive by default: each lead is sold to one buyer. Shared delivery is available if a buyer asks for it.

Read more: Exclusive vs shared leads

Quality and compliance

Are the leads TCPA compliant?

Yes. Consent is captured at the point of submission, and the consent record travels with every lead so you can check what the consumer agreed to.

Read more: TCPA compliance

What does the consent record contain?

The opt-in language the consumer saw, the timestamp of submission, the IP address and the page URL where consent was given. Store it with the lead, since it is what you or your client will rely on if a contact is ever questioned.

How do we report a quality problem?

Email the team with the lead IDs and what you found. Feedback from the test stage and from live traffic is used to adjust filters, which is usually the fastest way to fix a quality gap.

Returns and terms

Does Summit Leads accept returns?

Return terms are discussed on the onboarding call and agreed before going live, covering which reasons qualify and how a return is submitted.

Read more: How returns work

Which return reasons usually qualify?

In the industry, typical reasons are a duplicate lead, a disconnected or invalid phone number, wrong or fake contact details, or a consumer outside your filters. The reasons that apply to your account are the ones agreed for it before going live.

Read more: How returns work

Are terms the same for every buyer?

No. Terms, caps and pricing are set per partner, based on vertical, filters and delivery requirements, and agreed in writing before going live.

Pricing and billing

How much do leads cost?

Pricing is set per partner and is not published. It depends on the vertical, sub-type, filters and delivery requirements of each campaign.

How do we get pricing for our campaigns?

Email team@summitleads.ai with your verticals, states, daily caps and delivery method, and pricing is discussed with you directly during onboarding.
