Kitchen remodeling leads use the same filters as Summit’s other home services leads. These are the fields on the lead that those filters read:
- state and zip_code: the states where your company is registered to work, narrowed to the ZIP codes your designers and crews cover.
- own_property: owners only, since replacing cabinets or counters is a decision for whoever owns the home.
- purchase_time_frame: near-term starts only, or planners too.
- project_type: the broad scope of kitchen work, so a cabinet or countertop company can leave out full renovations.
