MVA and home improvement leads in New Hampshire

New Hampshire had 1,415,342 residents in the Census Bureau estimate for July 1, 2025. Its motor vehicle law does not make drivers buy auto insurance, its courts allow three years from the crash to sue, and a claimant loses only when their fault outweighs the defendants'. Most of its homes are owner-occupied. This page sets out what those facts mean for New Hampshire MVA and home improvement campaigns.

Summit Leads supplies home improvement and MVA leads in all U.S. states, including New Hampshire. Buyers set filters down to the ZIP code. Leads are exclusive by default: each lead is sold to one buyer. Shared delivery is available if a buyer asks for it.

New Hampshire MVA leads: optional insurance, financial responsibility and fault

The New Hampshire Insurance Department puts it directly: "New Hampshire motor vehicle laws do not require you to carry auto insurance, but you must be able to demonstrate that you are able to provide sufficient funds to meet New Hampshire motor vehicle financial responsibility requirements in the event of an 'at-fault' accident." Claims run against the driver who caused the crash. The same guide notes that a driver who does buy a policy must also buy uninsured motorists coverage (RSA 264:15) and medical payments coverage (RSA 264:16). For intake, that makes two questions worth asking on every New Hampshire lead: did the other driver carry insurance, and does the caller have a policy of their own with uninsured motorists coverage.

Fault is governed by RSA 507:7-d. Contributory fault does not bar recovery "if such fault was not greater than the fault of the defendant, or the defendants in the aggregate if recovery is allowed against more than one defendant," and the award is reduced in proportion to the plaintiff's share. A caller found half at fault still recovers half. Because the comparison is with the defendants together, a crash with more than one negligent driver can leave room for a claimant who carries a real share of the blame, so the number of vehicles involved is a useful field.

Timing follows RSA 508:4, I: personal actions "may be brought only within 3 years of the act or omission complained of." New Hampshire buyers still set a maximum accident age well inside that window so the firm has time to gather the police report and treatment records before filing.

Sub-types, filters and the quality bar are on the MVA leads and car accident leads pages.

New Hampshire home improvement leads: 72.8 percent owners, 1979 housing

The Census Bureau puts the New Hampshire owner-occupied housing unit rate at 72.8% for 2020-2024, so close to three in four households own the home they live in. Most requesters can sign for a roof, siding and gutters or replacement windows themselves, and homeowner confirmation still screens out the renters.

The median year structure built for New Hampshire housing units is 1979 in the ACS 5-year estimates for 2020-2024: half of the state's housing units were built in 1979 or earlier. Homes of that age are due for second roofs, window replacement and bathroom updates, and buyers usually pick project types first and then the ZIP codes their contractor clients serve.

Contractors who sell in the home should know New Hampshire's home solicitation rule. Under RSA chapter 361-B, the contract for a home solicitation sale must tell the buyer that they may cancel the transaction any time before midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction, and the seller must return payments after a cancellation. Leads that lead to an in-home appointment should be worked with that cancellation window in mind.

Project types and filters are listed on the home improvement leads and roofing leads pages.

Consent records for New Hampshire leads

Each lead carries its TCPA consent record (opt-in language, timestamp, IP address and page URL), so the record travels with the lead to your system.

Calls and texts to New Hampshire consumers fall under the federal TCPA, and the consent record comes with every lead.

Our guide to state telemarketing laws compares the states that add rules on top of the TCPA.

New Hampshire lead buying questions

Does New Hampshire require auto insurance?

A driver who buys a policy must also carry uninsured motorists and medical payments coverage.

Is New Hampshire a no-fault state?

No. Injury claims run against the driver who caused the crash, and fault is compared under RSA 507:7-d.

Can a partly at-fault New Hampshire claimant recover?

Yes, if their fault was not greater than the fault of the defendant, or of the defendants together. The award is reduced by the claimant's share of the fault.

How long do New Hampshire accident victims have to sue?

Three years from the act or omission complained of, under RSA 508:4, I. Buyers keep their accident age limit well inside that period.

Can a New Hampshire homeowner cancel an in-home sale?
