MVA and home improvement leads in Idaho
Idaho counted 2,029,733 residents on July 1, 2025, by the Census Bureau estimate. Its owner-occupied housing rate is 72.1 percent and the median year its housing units were built is 1991. Car accident claims run on fault with a two-year deadline and a rule that bars a claimant whose negligence is as great as the defendant's. Contractors register with a state board, and in-home sales can be cancelled for three business days.
Summit Leads supplies home improvement and MVA leads in all U.S. states, including Idaho. Buyers set filters down to the ZIP code. Leads are exclusive by default: each lead is sold to one buyer. Shared delivery is available if a buyer asks for it.

The Idaho Department of Insurance states that Idaho residents are required to maintain bodily injury liability and property damage liability coverage for each personal use vehicle registered in Idaho. Idaho has no personal injury protection mandate and no tort threshold, so an injured driver or passenger claims directly against the liability coverage of the driver who caused the crash.
Idaho Code 6-801 decides which of those claims survive. Contributory negligence does not bar recovery "if such negligence or comparative responsibility was not as great as the negligence, gross negligence or comparative responsibility of the person against whom recovery is sought," and damages are reduced in proportion. Put simply, a claimant must be less at fault than the defendant; at fifty-fifty the claim fails. Idaho buyers therefore lean on liability fields such as the police report, citations and crash type.
Idaho Code 5-219(4) sets two years for an action for an injury to the person or for a death caused by the wrongful act or neglect of another. Two years passes quickly once treatment and records are involved, so Idaho MVA campaigns usually carry a tight maximum accident age filter.
Sub-types, filters and the quality bar are on the MVA leads and car accident leads pages.
Idaho home improvement leads: 1991 housing, owners and registration
The Census Bureau reports a 72.1% owner-occupied housing unit rate for Idaho for 2020-2024, meaning a little under three in four occupied homes belong to the people who live there. The median year structure built is 1991 in the ACS 5-year estimates for 2020-2024, so half of Idaho housing units went up in 1991 or later. Buyers often lead with project type (a roof repair or replacement, flooring, a bathroom renovation, new windows) and then pick ZIP codes their contractor clients cover.
Idaho contractors must register. Idaho Code 54-5204 makes it unlawful to engage in the business of, or hold oneself out as, a contractor without being registered, and the Idaho Contractors Board, administered by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, handles that registration. Small jobs below a project-size threshold set in the statute are exempt. For sales made in the home, Idaho Code 28-43-402 lets the buyer cancel a home solicitation sale until midnight of the third business day after signing.
Project types and filters are listed on the home improvement leads and roofing leads pages.
Consent records for Idaho leads
Each lead carries its TCPA consent record (opt-in language, timestamp, IP address and page URL), so the record travels with the lead to your system.
Idaho leads are delivered with a consent record built to the federal TCPA standard, holding the opt-in language, timestamp, IP address and page URL. The record travels with the lead to whichever law firm or contractor makes the call.
Our guide to state telemarketing laws compares the states that add rules on top of the TCPA.

Idaho lead buying questions
Is Idaho an at-fault state for car accidents?
Yes. Idaho requires bodily injury and property damage liability coverage and has no no-fault threshold, so injured people claim against the driver who caused the crash.
Can an Idaho claimant who was partly at fault recover?
Only if their negligence was not as great as the defendant's, under Idaho Code 6-801. Damages are then reduced by the claimant's share.
How long do Idaho accident victims have to file suit?
Two years for an injury to the person, under Idaho Code 5-219(4). Buyers usually set an accident age limit well inside that window.
Do Idaho contractors need a state license?
Idaho requires registration. Idaho Code 54-5204 makes it unlawful to act as a contractor without registering, and the Idaho Contractors Board within the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses handles it. Small projects below a statutory threshold are exempt.
Can Idaho buyers cancel an in-home sale?
Yes. Idaho Code 28-43-402 lets the buyer cancel a home solicitation sale until midnight of the third business day after signing. This is a summary for education, not legal advice.
Can we buy Idaho leads by ZIP code?
Yes. Summit Leads supplies home improvement and MVA leads in all U.S. states, including Idaho, and buyers choose the states or ZIP codes they buy in.
